Lead Software Engineer (React / Next.js)
Lead end-to-end delivery across UI, APIs, data models, and integrations. Mentor engineers and set quality standards.
Role overview
You’ll lead end-to-end delivery for modern web products, owning technical direction while remaining hands-on in the codebase. You’ll work across UI, backend (Next.js route handlers), data modeling, integrations, and deployment. You’ll set engineering standards, mentor other engineers, and partner closely with design and stakeholders to turn ambiguity into shipped outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own delivery of features from discovery through release, including estimation, trade-offs, and acceptance criteria.
- Architect and implement React/Next.js applications (App Router), using server components and client components appropriately.
- Build backend capabilities in Next.js (route handlers) and define API contracts and data access patterns.
- Design data models, migrations, and query patterns (e.g., Postgres/Supabase or similar).
- Integrate third-party services (payments, auth providers, analytics, CRM, email, maps, etc.).
- Set the quality bar: testing strategy, CI checks, code review standards, and production readiness.
- Establish performance and reliability practices (caching, monitoring, error tracking, incident hygiene).
- Mentor engineers via pairing, reviews, feedback, and skill development.
- Drive written-first communication: ADRs, runbooks, handovers, and decision logs.
- Coordinate async-first delivery so work moves without meeting bottlenecks.
You'll be successful if
- You ship predictably, communicate clearly, and de-risk technical decisions early.
- You build maintainable systems and raise the overall engineering bar through leadership.

Junior Software Engineer (React / Next.js)
Build product features across frontend and backend with mentorship. Learn strong delivery practices: testing, reviews, docs, and shipping.
Role overview
You’ll help build and maintain product features across the frontend and backend, with structured mentorship and clear standards. You’ll implement UI, contribute to APIs and integrations, and learn professional delivery practices: testing, reviews, documentation, and incremental shipping.
What you'll do
- Implement frontend features in React/Next.js using existing design systems and component patterns.
- Build and extend API routes/handlers and integrate with backend services.
- Work with data models and persistence: safe query patterns, validations, and migrations.
- Support auth flows, permissions, and secure data access patterns.
- Write well-scoped PRs with clear descriptions, tests where appropriate, and documentation updates.
- Participate in async-first delivery: written updates, handoffs, and predictable progress.
- Fix bugs, improve UX polish, and reduce technical debt over time.
- Learn performance fundamentals: rendering pitfalls, caching basics, and measuring impact.
- Collaborate closely with designers to match intended UI/UX and interaction details.
You'll be successful if
- You communicate progress early, ask good questions, and steadily increase autonomy.
- You build reliability through careful implementation, testing, and clean PR hygiene.

Product Designer
Own product and marketing design end-to-end—from wireframes to polished UI. Partner tightly with engineering to ship cleanly.
Role overview
You’ll own product and marketing design end-to-end—from early exploration to polished, production-ready UI. You’ll work closely with engineering in a tight feedback loop, producing clear specifications and ensuring implementation matches intent.
What you'll do
- Lead UI/UX for product experiences: onboarding, core workflows, dashboards, and settings.
- Design marketing experiences: landing pages, case studies, and conversion flows.
- Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes (Figma).
- Create and maintain a lightweight design system: components, tokens, and states.
- Specify responsive behavior, accessibility considerations, and edge cases.
- Partner with engineering to ensure feasibility and refine interactions during implementation.
- Run lightweight validation when needed (feedback calls, usability checks, iteration cycles).
- Deliver crisp handoffs: specs/redlines, component states, and content guidance.
- Maintain brand consistency across product and marketing surfaces.
You'll be successful if
- You produce high-clarity designs that ship cleanly and measurably improve usability or conversion.
- You collaborate effectively with engineering and iterate quickly without losing quality.
